At DeathGamez LLC, we take pride in providing authentic trading cards and collectibles with accurate descriptions and careful packaging. Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any standard TCG cards. This includes raw, sealed, and graded cards. All items are sold as described, and condition details are provided to the best of our ability.

Order Issues & Support

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue related to shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We’ll Work With You

While we do not offer standard returns or exchanges, we understand that issues can happen. In certain cases, we may be able to work something out on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, DeathGamez LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing claims or helping resolve delivery issues when possible.
